Legal
Fluxwith provides AI-assisted code generation tools that allow users to describe software requirements and receive structured source code as output. By using Fluxwith, you agree to these terms in full.
Once a ZIP file is generated through the Fluxwith platform, the user owns the source code contained within it. Fluxwith transfers all rights to the generated code upon download. The user is solely responsible for the final deployment, security, maintenance, and legal compliance of that code in their own environment.
Our services are powered by secure, third-party cloud computing and global API infrastructure. We do not disclose internal sub-processors for security reasons. All data transmissions are encrypted and handled according to industry-standard practices.
Fluxwith is not liable for any bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, server downtime, data loss, or any other issues caused by or arising from the use of AI-generated code. All generated code is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Users are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.
You agree not to use Fluxwith for scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, hacking, or any malicious purpose. You may not use the platform to generate code intended to harm, exploit, or violate the rights of others. Violations will result in immediate termination of access.
Fluxwith reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
